Wildlife Tourism Experiences at the Maasai Mara, Kenya

This study examines destination attributes through tourist reviews in the Maasai Mara ecosystem using Kano model. Overall, positive were dominant, and most tourists satisfied with wildlife tourism experiences. However, some led to dissatisfaction. The highest contribution satisfaction was due excitement such as witnessing great migration of wildebeest. Attributes safety service-related aspects also negatively affected satisfaction. findings are useful promoting sustainable by government, private industry, community-based organizations.
